Kushal is a collaborative, well-rounded, multi-skilled and passionate professional with deep experience and expertise in Financial Management, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Strategy and Business Optimisation. Kushal brings a unique combination of Board and Audit & Risk Committee experience, Business and Executive Management experience, and Professional Consulting experience over 25 years based on the following roles in his career:

Leadership and service delivery roles at the ‘Big 4’ professional services firms providing financial management and assurance, risk and governance, internal audit, and capital assurance advisory services.
Board (including Chair) and Audit, Risk & Finance Committee roles at several large public sector organisations in the healthcare, water and energy, creative arts, and the public sector.
Senior executive roles in large corporates leading ‘in house’ finance and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions including in technology and digital businesses.

Kushal’s extensive educational qualifications include CA, Executive MBA (Melbourne Business School), Law (LL.B), M.Com, B.Com, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certifications in ESG.

Kushal bring global and multi-cultural perspectives gained through his deep professional experience in Australia, the UK, China, Oman, India, and New Zealand. He has deep industry experience in health, retail, manufacturing, education, infrastructure, financial services, energy, logistics, technology and digital, and the public sector.

Kushal has a proven track record of building trust and rapport, developing collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders, and influencing them through practical and tailored solutions. He has demonstrated a sound ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, join the dots, and maintain healthy balance between strategic and operational focus (and pivot, as needed).

Mr. Callum Fergie

Partner and Head – Australia and New Zealand

Callum is a strategic and visionary thinker, and a trusted advisor to several multi-national and local corporations at different stages of organisational maturity. His commercial acumen, strong innovative thinking and analytical skills helps organisations of all size and maturity to grow and excel.

He is a member of the Executive MBA program at the Australian Institute of Business and serves as a keynote speaker for events at several institutions including UCLA Anderson Business School Executive MBA Program, Rutgers Business School Executive MBA Program, Duke Corporate Education Singapore, and Michigan State University Executive MBA program.

Callum brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset to advise corporates based on his own entrepreneurial ventures which had experienced accelerated growth, employed hundreds of staff, and scaled operations across 4 continents and clients in 16 countries.

His areas of expertise include strategy including international expansion, risk and governance, data analytics, cyber and process automation.

With a couple of decades of professional experience, Parth is a skilled Chartered Accountant who has a successful track record of delivering value to clients.
He has expertise in multiple professional areas including financial assurance, tax, audit, compliance and improving organisational performance. Parth has consistently delivered customised financial solutions, strategic insights, planning, and compliance help including ESG and BRSR reporting to diverse clients.

Parth has in depth strategic insights and experience in strategic financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial predictions to improve resource use and manufacturing efficiency. Skilled in analyzing complex financial data, doing deep analysis, and offering practical insights, Parth has achieved notable success, like improving manufacturing savings, establishing strong controls for accuracy and lower risk, solving complex tax issues, and showing expertise in audits, compliance, and financial problem-solving.

Parth leads DBS Global’s Asia operations and professional services through a highly skilled team of fellow Partners and skilled professionals. His proven track record in industry and practice shows his dedication to providing insightful financial advice, compliance, and strategic management.

Ms. Jhankhna Patel

Partner and Head - India

Jhankhna is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and acclaimed for her in-depth and comprehensive services that help businesses achieve remarkable growth. She is enthusiastic about streamlining processes and boosting cost efficiency throughout different parts of a company. Having a deep understanding of methods that enhance processes and financial efficiency, makes her an asset in any business setting.

Her extensive academic qualifications include CPA (Aust.), FCA, PG BA- CBAP, DISA, and B.Com. Her skills include a Diploma in Information Systems Audit, which empowers her to offer valuable solutions to clients and stakeholders using tools like ERP, CRM, and BI systems. She also has experience in financial sustainability and impact investing as part of DBS Global’s ESG services showing her dedication to sustainable and responsible business practices.

With a comprehensive skill set covering due diligence, statutory audits, internal audits, and risk assessments, she consistently guides businesses toward strategic goals and improved overall performance.

Jhankhna leads DBS Global’s India operations and professional services through a highly skilled team of fellow Partners and skilled professionals. His proven track record in industry and practice shows his dedication to providing insightful financial advice, compliance, and strategic management.
